App Privacy Policy
At Turbli, we are committed to protecting your personal data and right to privacy.
In this page we present you the different data types that we collect from our users when they utilize our Turbli+ iOS app. If you still have questions or concerns after reading this, please contact us at [email protected].
1. Data We Collect
When you sign in to Turbli, we store a pseudonymous Unique Identifier (User ID), your saved flight history (forecasts and routes), and your application preferences (home airport, metric units, etc). We also collect anonymized transaction receipt tokens required to validate your active subscription.
2. Third-Party Data Processors
To deliver our services safely, we use trusted infrastructure partners. Google Firebase manages account synchronization, while Apple App Store Connect and RevenueCat securely process subscription states. We never sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to keep your flights synchronized across multiple devices, provide offline profile access, and maintain your premium forecasting access. Aggregated, non-identifiable telemetry may be analyzed internally for statistical purposes.
4. Storage & Security
All operational data is safely stored using Google Firebase, adhering to industry-standard encryption protocols (including ISO 27001 compliance). For users in the EEA, data is handled strictly in accordance with GDPR mandates via Google and RevenueCat data protection agreements.
5. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You maintain absolute ownership of your data. Under GDPR and global privacy frameworks, you have the right to look up, or completely clear your data. A permanent account and data deletion trigger can be initiated inside the application settings menu. Because account deletion is a sensitive security step, you will be required to log out and log back in to re-authenticate your identity before the deletion process can be executed.
